‘Going green’ has been a big part of WJ’s ethos for a number of years as we believe it is important for us as a company and an industry to become more environmentally friendly and sustainable. At WJ this has included a signfican in new electric drilling and dewatering plant and equipment.
On the back of a recent British Drilling Association seminar ‘Drilling in Support of a Net Zero Scotland by 2045’, WJ’s Managing Director, Richard Fielden, penned a peice for GeoDrilling International on the benefits and challenges of the industry moving towards a more sustainable and environmentally friendly future.
