Regent’s Park 10km Charity Run

WJ have had a global dewatering presence for more than 20 years with existing offices in the UK, Canada, London’s Regent’s Park is one of the capital cities 8 Royal Parks and is home to London Zoo, floral gardens, tranquil lakes and iconic statues and monuments. It is also home to London’s most popular 10k run.

On the 13th November 2022 WJ Major Contracts Director, Paul Judge; Technical Manager, Ula Markowicz; and Project Manager, Geoff Zimmel, donned their running shoes and took part in the race to raise money for WJ’s current charity partners, YoungMinds.

Paul, Ula and Geoff all completed the course in very competitive times of between 50 minutes and 1hr and 5 minutes and raised a very credible total of £500 which will be used to aid YoungMinds work providing mental health support to young people, parents and carers.

The money raised for YoungMinds by Paul, Ula and Geoff joins that raised by our charity treasure hunt and by Managing Director, Richard Fielden’s charity bike ride earlier in the year.
